It provides tools for generating synthetic transcriptomics and clinical data, analyzing gene expression, and integrating with bioinformatics workflows. .. note:: This project is under active development. Abstract -------- SynOmics is a comprehensive framework for generating and evaluating synthetic transciptomics data.
